Excavator operator needed for civil construction works including trenching, drainage installation, site cuts, and general earthworks. You’ll work closely with pipe crews, labourers, and supervisors to deliver safe, tidy, and accurate outcomes. What you’ll do - Trenching and drainage works around services and structures - Support pipe crews with lifting and placement - Bulk and detail excavation as required - Maintain safe exclusion zones and clean work areas What we’re looking for - Proven civil experience (drainage / trenching / site works) - Ability to follow set-out and read basic plans - Good communication with ground crew and spotters
