Two mothers with careers in civil and labour hire coming together to solve real-world problems.
Rose
After seven years in civil construction, Rose built a strong foundation of resilience, skill, and determination. Now she's channelling that drive into something bigger — a labour hire company built on the belief that good people deserve good opportunities. Rose started Civil Mining Solutions to empower workers and employers alike, and to show her kids that hard work and self-belief can build something real.
Bec
With six years across labour hire, administration, and onsite roles in construction and earthworks, Bec understands what it takes to staff a site properly. She's one of your first points of contact — whether you need machine operators and construction crews, or you're a worker looking for your next opportunity.
