Join a high-production earthmoving crew operating scrapers on large-scale civil projects. You’ll move bulk material efficiently, maintain formation levels, and work as part of a coordinated fleet with push dozers, water carts, and compaction plant. Key duties - Bulk cut and fill operations - Maintain safe spacing and radio comms in fleet - Support stripping, stockpiling, and formation works - Pre-starts and safe machine operation in changing ground conditions Ideal background - Solid scraper seat time in bulk earthworks - Good understanding of material types and haul efficiency - Comfortable working to direction from supervisors and survey
