Run a motor grader across civil earthworks packages, focusing on road formation, batter trimming, drainage shaping, and tight final trim work. You’ll work off survey and design levels, maintain clean edges and tolerances, and coordinate with supervisors and other plant to keep production moving. What you’ll do - Final trim and formation to specification - Shape batters and drains to design - Work safely around other plant and crews - Daily pre-starts and basic machine care What we’re looking for - Proven grader experience on civil / road projects - Strong blade control and attention to detail - GPS machine control experience (highly regarded)
