Operate large dozers in an open-cut production environment across push, ripping, stockpile management, clean-up, and dump maintenance. Work with a skilled production crew on structured camp-based rosters and clear daily plans. What you’ll do - Conduct pre-starts, hazard identification, and take part in pre-shift meetings - Operate dozers safely in varying ground conditions and around light and heavy vehicles - Maintain dump edges, ramps, windrows, and stockpiles to plan - Communicate effectively by radio and follow traffic management procedures What we’re looking for - Consistent, safe operating style and strong situational awareness - Ability to work day and night shifts on a FIFO roster What’s on offer - Stable rostered work with camp accommodation - Competitive hourly rates based on experience
